Meet the Team

Paul C. Armstrong – CIP CAIB

Paul joined his Father and founder, John T. Armstrong in 1959 and worked in promoting and developing the existing business. Paul currently enjoys assisting in management and marketing business decisions. Providing insurance services to his clients and knowing they feel secure in the products they have is what gets him up in the morning!

Amanda Armstrong Rogers – CIP CAIB

Mandy started as a part-time student in 1976, and obtained her Broker’s license in 1981. Mandy became a partner in January 2012 and currently acts as the Office Manager. As a lifelong resident of Georgetown and Granddaughter of our founder, John T. Armstrong, Mandy is very involved in the community and feels that it is important to give back.

Jody Jackson – CAIB, CIP

Jody started full time and obtained Broker’s license in 1999. Jody became partner in January 2012. Acting as the renewal manager and working closely with the CSR’s to ensure that each renewal is thoroughly reviewed before sending out to the customer. Jody also assists with technical and financial matters that concern her clients. Jody is proud to be part of the family business that her Grandfather, John T. Armstrong started in 1947.

Janet Armstrong

Operations Manager. Janet assists with operation and accounting matters. Making sure our books balance and allowing us to operate successfully on a daily basis, Janet is a key player in satisfying our clients!

Samantha Rogers - CAIB

Samantha joined the team back in 2011. She represents the fourth generation of the Armstrong Family to join us! Samantha is a licensed insurance broker and as a customer service representative she services her existing customer base, reviewing their renewals, makes policy changes and claims assistance.

Tammy Kalverda joined the Insurance House team in January 2018. With over 20 years of insurance experience, Tammy has provided service experience to all her clients. Tammy looks after both personal and commercial lines clients.

Alexandra Myers

Alex previously worked for us part-time and summers when she was a student. She is a Registered Insurance Broker and acts as a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for servicing her customers, reviewing renewals, making policy changes and assisting with claims. Another fourth generation member to join the family business started by her Great Grandfather John T. Armstrong in 1947.

Melissa Coffey

Melissa joined us in March 2020 right at the beginning of the Pandemic. She is a Registered Insurance Broker and acts as a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for servicing her customers, reviewing renewals, making policy changes and assisting with claims.

Tammie Benton

Tammie joined the Armstrong Team in April 2022. Tammie has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, previously worked for Dunlop Insurance Limited which we acquired. A licensed insurance broker, Tammie acts as a customer service representative servicing her commercial, personal and farm customers, reviewing their renewals, making policy changes and claims assistance.

Kate Hall - CIP

Kate joined the Armstrong Insurance Team in March 2022. Kate is a Technical Service Representative supporting our Brokers and is also one of the smiling faces you will see at reception. Kate obtained her RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario) in April 2023.
